Deploying Microsoft Access 2007 Application

Our team recently built a solution in Access 2007 some of the end users did not have Office 2007 and only had Office 2003.  Of course, the one feature that we used was not supported in Access 2003 and having everyone upgrade was not an option.

Download the Access 2007 Developer Extensions:

This will allow you to package up your database into an executable installer.

You will also need the Access 2007 runtime:

Note that you will need to specify a startup form/switchboard in the database or nothing will show up when you start the application using the runtime.
